“Nice talking to you. I need a state police clearance from California (Department of Justice, CA) for Canadian Immigration Visa. I stay in Kolkata. I have already got the FBI clearance successfully. I tried the same finger print card with Department of Justice, CA. But they returned it and sent me across a fresh finger print card. This was again rejected with a note "Ridges not clear". They have again sent a fresh card and this time along with a ID number on it. Also, they have mentioned that if the fingerprint is not right this time then we have to pay the charges once again. I tried taking prints on it through some other agency Delhi based agency named *** but they have impressioned my RIGHT THUMB in place of the LEFT THUMB grid. That's why, I need your help. I'd appreciate if you can come with necessary finger print cards.”
